Jenn Farrington is an advertising, editorial and documentary photographer with over 12 years of experience in the photography / production industry.  Recent clients have hired her to shoot travel, lifestyle, portrait and beverage / food.  Latest international photo travels include Egypt, Israel, the UK, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, Thailand, and the Czech Republic.  Her tequila photos from Jalisco are featured in Tequila: A Guide to Types, Flights, Cocktails and Bites by Joanne Weir / Ten Speed Press (2009).

After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Art from Cornell University, Farrington studied documentary photography in Prague with world-renowned photographers and learned travel photography from award-winning National Geographic photographers in New Mexico.  In 2003, she traveled throughout rural Thailand to document poverty alleviation and AIDS prevention with the Thai NGO Population and Community Development Association.  Since 2006, her photography of foster children for the Bay Area Heart Gallery has lead to three successful adoptions.

In 2000, Farrington lead children’s art classes at The DeYoung Museum, The Legion of Honor, The SF Children’s Art Center, and several urban outreach programs.  In 2001 she was hired to establish the summer photography camp program at The Presidio YMCA where she taught through 2003.

Art collectors across the globe appreciate and purchase Farrington’s work.  Abroad, her photography has been shown in Italy and the Czech Republic.  In San Francisco, RayKo Photo Center continues to support her work, as well as Skin Haven Spa Studio in Los Angeles.  Her current travel schedule and new work can be seen at jennfarrington.com.
